Who We Are

Calvary Baptist Church is a community of diverse and imperfect people who are unified around Jesus Christ.

We exist for the purpose of loving God and loving others. Whether you are a college student, young professional, new parent, or experienced grandparent, we have something for you that is uniquely designed to help connect you to our community. We would love to have you join us for one of our worship services and experience this first hand. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before you visit.

Stepping into an unfamiliar church for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even a bit overwhelming.

When you visit Calvary, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted. Like most people, you probably have some questions about what your experience at Calvary will be like so we have tried to answer some of them for you.

Where should I go when I get there?
When you pull onto our campus using our north entrance off of 320th St. S, directly in front of you, you will see some front row parking spots that have been reserved just for you. The doors closest to these parking spots is our main entrance. There you will be greeted by one of our VIP hosts. They will be able to direct everyone in your group to the appropriate service or class.

What will a typical service be like?
Every service at Calvary is specifically designed to provide you with a great worship experience. Each service includes a time of worship through exciting, biblical songs and a practical Bible message.

What is available for my children?
Here at Calvary, we love families! Starting with infants in the nursery, there is something for children of any age. We promise that your kids will have tons of fun and learn an age-appropriate Bible lesson in their classes.

Our Ministries

Adult Ministries

Our adult ministries seek to provide points of connection for adults of all ages, life stages, and circumstances. Through various ministries we hope to build authentic relationships and learn how God wants to be a part of our lives.

Calvary Student Ministries

Being a teenager is not the easiest stage in life. That’s why we have a ministry that is specifically designed for this age group. Calvary Student Ministry helps to prepare students for Christian adulthood through Sunday morning classes, Wednesday night gatherings, and other special activities and events. However, we don’t believe that students have to wait until they are adults to make an impact – we believe they can do it right now! Through each aspect of our ministry, we point students to Jesus and teach them how to be difference makers in their community.

Calvary Kids

While you are in your class or worship service, your child will enjoy a class designed specifically for them! We believe that Calvary Kids is more than a babysitting effort – everything that happens in Calvary Kids centers around our goal to engage kids and build families by providing age-appropriate Bible stories and fun activities. Calvary Kids is offered for children 8 weeks to 6th grade and is divided into four separate environments so that we can engage your child at their level. Calvary Kids is available during all of our weekly services.
